What's the difference between the three packages?
Conference Starter is photography only — ideal for organizations that need professional event coverage without video. Conference Premier adds a full day of b-roll video production (1 videographer) and RAW footage delivery. Conference Platinum is our most comprehensive package — photography plus a two-videographer team covering both interviews and b-roll, plus RAW footage delivery. All three include a full edited photo gallery within one week and full corporate usage rights. Additional services like same-day social delivery, on-site headshot stations, highlight reels, and social cuts are available as add-ons with any package.
Can we customize a package for our specific event?
Yes — every quote is custom. The three tiers are starting points. We regularly build packages that combine elements from multiple tiers, add specific deliverables, or scale for multi-day events. Do you cover multi-day conferences?
Yes. Multi-day conference coverage is one of our specialties. We've covered events running 2-4 days for clients including Oracle, Microsoft, and Generis — handling keynotes, breakout sessions, networking receptions, exhibitor floors, and executive headshots across multiple days under a single coordinated package.
How quickly do we receive our photos and videos?
Full edited galleries are delivered within one week of your event. Same-day social delivery is available as an add-on — edited hero shots ready while the event is still running. Edited video deliverables have a standard turnaround of 4-6 weeks. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee depending on your timeline — mention it when requesting a quote.
Are you available in Milwaukee as well as Chicago?
Yes. Milwaukee is an active market for us — not a stretch assignment. The same team that covers Chicago events serves Milwaukee with identical standards and turnaround. Are you insured to work at major Chicago and Milwaukee venues?
Yes. We carry full commercial general liability insurance and provide a Certificate of Insurance naming your venue or organization on request — standard at McCormick Place, Navy Pier, the Wisconsin Center, Hyatt Regency, and major hotel properties throughout Chicago and Milwaukee.
How do we book and what is the process?
Submit a quote request with your event dates, location, estimated attendance, and services needed. We follow up within one business day with a tailored proposal. Once approved, we review your run-of-show, coordinate with your event team, and arrive prepared — shot list built, team briefed, ready to execute.
