Real-Time Social Images
MCP captured images, edited them onsite, and had them ready for MOOV while the speaker was still on stage, so they could promote the conference on social media with professional images in real-time.
Executive Headshots On-Site
Since all of the executives were in one place, MCP captured professional headshots of the entire leadership team. No separate shoot required.
Same-Day B-Roll Edit
MCP shot b-roll and edited it the same day so it could be shown the next morning before the general session.
Pre- and Post-Event Videos

Yes. Mark Campbell Productions carries full commercial general liability insurance. We provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming your venue or organization as an additional insured upon request — a standard requirement at major venues including McCormick Place, Navy Pier, and hotel properties throughout Chicago and Milwaukee. We handle it as part of the booking process.

All images are delivered via a private, password-protected online gallery — shareable by link and downloadable in high resolution. For larger conferences, we create separate collections — speaker headshots, sponsor activations, breakout sessions — so each group finds what they need quickly. For headshot stations, attendees receive their individual portraits via email or text immediately after their session. Full print rights included for all corporate and marketing use.
