How many photos do we typically receive?
It depends on event length and scope, but a full-day corporate event typically yields 400–800 fully edited, high-resolution images. Multi-day conferences can produce significantly more. Every image is individually culled and edited — not batch-processed. You receive everything usable, not just highlights.
Do you cover both photography and video?
Yes. Mark Campbell Productions offers fully integrated photo and video coverage under one team, one brief, and one point of contact. Can you set up an on-site headshot station at our conference?
Absolutely. Our on-site headshot lounge is one of our most popular conference add-ons. Do you send a second photographer for large events?
Yes. For multi-day conferences, large-scale trade shows, and events with simultaneous sessions, we deploy multiple photographers to ensure nothing is missed. We discuss your run-of-show in advance and staff accordingly. Our Conference Platinum package includes a dedicated photo and video team built for exactly this.
What happens if our event runs over schedule?
Corporate events run long — we've seen it hundreds of times. We build buffer time into our planning conversations and won't cut and run at the stroke of the hour if a keynote is still wrapping. We coordinate directly with your event team so we're always aware of real-time schedule changes.
What format are the final images delivered in?
All images are delivered as high-resolution JPEGs via a private, password-protected online gallery — shareable by link and downloadable in full resolution. For larger conferences, we organize images into separate collections by session, speaker, or attendee group. Full print and marketing usage rights are included for all corporate use.
Do we get the raw/unedited files?
We don't deliver raw files as a standard practice — they're unprocessed and won't represent the work accurately. Every image you receive is individually edited and optimized. If your organization has a specific requirement around raw files, mention it when requesting a quote and we'll discuss options.
Are you insured to work at large Chicago venues?
Yes. We carry full commercial general liability insurance and provide a Certificate of Insurance naming your venue or organization on request — a standard requirement at McCormick Place, Navy Pier, and major hotel properties throughout Chicago and Milwaukee. We handle it as part of the standard booking process, so you never have to chase it down.
How do you handle photography at events with confidential content?
We work with legal teams, law firms, financial institutions, and executive summits regularly. We're experienced with NDAs, restricted photography zones, and off-the-record sessions. Just brief us in advance and we'll coordinate with your event security and legal team accordingly.

What's your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
We understand corporate events get moved. Our standard policy includes a deposit to hold the date, with reschedule and cancellation terms outlined clearly in your contract. We work with clients to accommodate reasonable date changes when possible. Full terms are provided when you receive your proposal.
